Shipping and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Huxia!

After we receive confirmation of payment of your order, it will be processed and dispatched within a maximum of 48 working hours (unless stock failure or other eventuality that prevents us from doing so).

Your order will be delivered by Huxia's partner delivery company. You will receive information via email or sms about the status of your order and you can change the address or reschedule delivery with the carrier.

Shipping costs

All orders with destination in mainland Portugal, with a value above 39.90€, are delivered free of shipping costs. For all other orders, the shipping costs will be shown on the order confirmation page, depending on the destination address.

Exchanges / Returns / Refunds

We offer reimbursement and/or exchange within the first 14 days of your purchase (free contract resolution), without any justification on your part, in accordance with current legislation (DL nº24/2014 amended by DL nº78/2018). To do this you should contact us through the existing communication channels (email: geral@huxiasport.pt ).

 If 14 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

·        Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

·        The item must be in its original packaging.

·        To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

·        We only offer refunds on items sold at the normal price, promotional items cannot be returned.

·        If the item in question is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit to the value of your return.

Exchange

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange something for the same item, please contact us at geral@huxiasport.pt

Assets Not Covered

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

·        Gift cards;

·        Some health and personal care items;

·        Underwear;

·        Bikinis, trikinis and swimsuits.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 working days.

Late or missing reimbursements

·        If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.

·        If you have done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us geral@huxiasport.pt

Sending

·        Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It should be sent to the following address: Rua dos Ferradores 39 B and C 8125-498 Quarteira

·        You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item.

·        Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

·        Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

·        Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
